August 2026 Channel Update
The first channel update in eight months. 7,430 subscribers, 100,261 monthly views against a 50,000 goal, and a hard pivot: every boxing series retired, the channel refocused on EverQuest Legends, and Nomeregard renamed to Voxl.
The first channel update in eight months, and the biggest change of direction the channel has had. Every boxing series is retired, the focus moves to EverQuest Legends, and Nomeregard becomes Voxl. The growth behind the decision is not subtle: monthly views doubled past the year's goal and watch hours quadrupled, almost entirely off Legends content.
Where the Numbers Landed
Two of the three 2026 goals are already beaten.
Goals 2026
| Metric | December 2025 | Now | Goal |
|---|---|---|---|
| Subscribers | 6,251 | 7,430 | 10,000 |
| Monthly views | 27,100 | 100,261 | 50,000 |
| Watch hours | 4,100 | 16,902 | 10,000 |
The honest read: 10,000 subscribers by the end of the year probably is not happening on this trend, and that is fine. Views and watch hours both blew past goals that were set to be a stretch.
Top Five Since December
Four of five are Legends.
- My PLAN for Launch, 11,135 views, July 21.
- Leveling 1 to 130, 10,590 views, May 1. The only non-Legends video on the list.
- The "BEST" Start, 9,450 views, July 17.
- My Experiences with the Legends Beta, 7,884 views, May 15.
- Innoruuk, SK / NEC / SHM, D4 solo, 7,186 views, June 28.
Still climbing. Several of these moved by a thousand views while the slides were being built.
The Pivot
Solo, not boxed.
- EverQuest Legends is the focus, because it is the game this channel has been waiting for: EverQuest you can actually play solo.
- Boxing is done. Six or seven years of it has worn thin, and a boxed six-man makes any game look trivial.
- Every boxing-based series is retired as a direct result. The remaining ones were already solo.
- The guides are the point. The play-through series exist to reach the level where a guide can be written, so you see the whole progression rather than a finished character.
What Is Running
The slate going forward.
- My Legendary Adventures in Norrath, the new Legends series. Warrior / Bard / Druid, solo, to 50 and beyond.
- Trials of Voxl, the solo Shadowknight raid progression, currently around Planes of Power or Luclin. Same concept until the raids stop being soloable, plus the 2.0 epic.
- Nomeregard's Journey, restarted on Lethar as a Necromancer solo run through Serpent's Spine. No mercenaries until Underfoot, and an all-all loot ruleset.
- Voxl's Quest in EverQuest II, unblocked now that EQ2 runs on Linux.
- Frostreaver is uncertain. Two groups stacked on each other in Field of Bone made the case for instances better than any argument could.
- A possible Drinal series, Hamrok renamed to Voxl, soloing a DPS class to raid ready for the open raids. Not committed. Say so if you want it.
The rename is blocked on Lethar. Nomeregard cannot become Voxl until the name is reserved on the new server, which is late August.
Retired
Each got a send-off video.
- Holdredge's Crusade
- Towani, A Thief's Tale
- Hobz and Friendz
- Hamrok Live!
- The Moon Kitties of Vaniki
- Nomeregard's Journey Season 2, continuing as Trials of Voxl rather than ending
- Adventures in Azeroth, the one without a send-off. It started as something to play alongside my wife, she did not end up playing, and Legends took the time.
hammackj.com
The written guides.
- The site launched during the gap between channel updates, which is part of why there were none: promises kept turning into things that did not ship.
- Live now: Leveling 1 to 130, How I Play My Level 130 Wizard, My Plan for Everquest Legends, The Ogre Start, and The Iksar Start.
- These slides live here too, and stay up after the video.
- Roughly 235 class guides are queued, one per five levels on some classes. Transcripts get a first pass and then a lot of manual correction, which is the bottleneck.
- Requests welcome on Discord for what should be written up next.
Schedule and Production
Housekeeping.
- Monday through Friday, around 10am Central. No weekend uploads unless there is news.
- No streaming, outside special occasions like Extra Life. Streams took more work than videos for the same views, and did not fit the schedule.
- 100% Linux now, for playing and for editing. Krita instead of Photoshop, KDEnlive instead of Premiere.
- AI is used for thumbnail title text only, never full thumbnails, and only because Krita's text tooling made the hand-built version an eight hour job. If you can do better, get in touch, this is paid work.
- Early access videos are less than a week ahead and every one of them goes public afterward. Nothing stays members-only.
Two Things Worth Saying Plainly
Disclosure, and what will never be charged for.
- Creator Program disclosure: Game Jawn provided EverQuest Legends, a $20 value, and pays the monthly subscription. The obligation is five videos every 90 days. Nothing has ever been said about what to cover or how.
- This gets disclosed regardless of value, in the video and in the description, because that reads as what the FTC requires. Be wary of anyone not disclosing it.
- Paid coaching is never happening. People keep asking for private tutorials or for someone to log in and set up their character. If you need help, ask on Discord and it may well become a video. The whole point of the channel is to help people.
Thank You
51 members and one Twitch subscriber.
- 51 YouTube members, up from 30 in December, across both tiers.
- Names are not read out this time. There are too many and the voice was not going to survive it. They are on the slides.
- stormenergy75, the only Twitch subscriber, and genuinely appreciated for sticking around through a long stretch of no streaming.
- Member names are being collected into the outro, which is mid-port from Premiere to KDEnlive.
- A portion of channel income went to Extra Life last year, and will again.
- Every comment gets a reply where possible. Member comments sometimes do not open properly, so silence is not deliberate.
The Short Version
- 7,430 subscribers, up 1,179 since December 2025.
- 100,261 monthly views against a 50,000 goal, and 16,902 watch hours against 10,000.
- The channel is now focused on EverQuest Legends.
- Boxing series are retired. Everything going forward is solo.
- New series: My Legendary Adventures in Norrath.
- Nomeregard becomes Voxl, and Nomeregard's Journey restarts on Lethar as a Necromancer.
- Videos Monday to Friday, 10am Central. No streaming.
- Written guides keep rolling out on hammackj.com.
This update pairs with the slide deck above, which has the current subscriber and watch-time numbers, the top five videos since the December update, the active and retired series, and the full member and subscriber thank-you lists.

Hello and welcome to the August 2026 channel update for the Hammock J channel. [music] I have not done a channel update in 8 months, so uh we got a lot we got a lot of to talk about here, all right? So Uh so, 7430 subscribers as of a few minutes ago when I made this slide. Uh that is a gain of 1,179 since December 2025. I truly truly appreciate it to everyone who has subscribed to the channel and a very warm welcome to all the new people from Everquest Legends uh >> [music] >> joining the channel now. I truly appreciate it and I thank you from the bottom of my heart, but uh that’s not all. So, let’s keep going. So, the top five top five videos since December >> [music] >> 2025. Now, you’re going to notice something here. And uh if you it can tell, they’re all Everquest Legends videos except for this one. Uh and these are these are like all the views since then, right? So, these are all videos that have come out [music] in the last several months. And I was shocked that uh there was nothing with more, but my plan here for uh what I plan to do in Everquest Legends was 11,000 views, [music] 10,500 views on this leveling 1 to 130 video, the best start 9400 views, and they’re still climbing. Like these these change by like a thousand while I was working on these slides. Uh they’re still going up, so that’s pretty crazy. >> [music] >> Uh my experiences with the beta back in the pre-order beta I got a lot of views, and me killing Innerak. Uh with uh with Shadow Knight Necro Shaman solo, 7,000 views. 7,000 views on that. That was insane. >> [music] >> Uh I We’re we’re doing phenomenal. We’re doing absolutely phenomenal. This has been some great growth. I honestly expected it at the drop off as soon as the pre-order beta opened up for Legends. Cuz like you know, like before it’s a private beta. Only a few people can get in, right? So there’s a higher demand for that kind of content, but it’s kept going throughout the entirety of the uh pre-order beta. So that’s pretty cool. The I’m recording this uh what is today? On the 26th. So the game comes out on the 28th and this video is going to come out on the 1st. So we’ll see what I see what happens between now and then. Uh but you know, we’re doing good. We’re doing very good. Now you’ll notice I uh I’ve kind of changed my thumbnails. Uh I’ve moved to 100% Linux. And uh I’m actually in Linux right now. Uh I play the games from Linux. Uh I’m I have another computer that is what I edit everything with. It’s pure Linux, too. So we finally gave up all the microslop, if you will. Uh I jest. I jest. >> [music] >> Uh what’s next? All right. So we did did some updates on the website, right? So at some point I launched a website in the last 8 months. >> [music] >> Um I kind of stopped doing the channel updates because I was like promising stuff that I wasn’t delivering. So this these are these are different [music] because I’ve delivered everything. What am I talking about? Uh [music] so ambj.com, you can find a copy of these slides there after the video goes live. >> [music] >> Uh and stuff like that, if you want to come back and watch the slides again. >> [music] >> Um we added the the written one to 130 level guide, so that’s uh this video right here. It’s got its own written guide now. Uh how I play the 130 wizard didn’t get a lot of views, uh but there’s a written guide for that now. Uh see here, my plans for EverQuest Legends, so there’s a written guide for this video. There’s a written guide for this one needs one. I don’t have that one done yet. Uh and then we did an ogre start and a exert start, kind of a comparison of starting in Oggok versus uh >> [music] >> the uh North Ro area, so uh fun there. There’s some written guides for those. Uh we’ll have more uh guides coming out. Uh I have everything [music] queued up in the system, right? Like I it’s a static HTTP website, right? So it’s like it’s it’s all about editing markdown text to uh do that. And uh >> [music] >> I do use AI to take my transcripts from uh the YouTube videos and turn those into something, and then I go through and >> [music] >> uh change everything because it was usually uh it’ll took a little uh take this this I don’t I don’t pronounce words right sometimes, so uh it doesn’t translate very well. So there’s a lot of massaging to do. That’s what not why they’re That’s why I haven’t pushed out all uh I think there’s 235 class guides uh for like every five level on some of these that I have. So those will eventually get written guides, and then I’ll go back and update the descriptions in the videos to those, but uh we’re going. We’re cooking. Uh so yeah, if you have any uh requests on what you’d like to see more, hit me up on Discord, [music] and I can add more to the website there. All right, so if you’ve if you’ve been paying attention to the channel in the last two previous to this video, I killed off just about every single series we had. Uh I think every single series by this point or by the end of end of the week, depending on when this goes out. Uh I’m not sure what the first is, [music] will be canceled. Um now, that is because I’m changing everything going forward. Obviously, EverQuest Legends is the dream game that I wanted. It’s the dream game that I’ve been wanting to play for a very long time. Uh you know, the multi-class things is not really it. I want to be able to play EverQuest solo. I don’t want to box. I’m sick of boxing. It’s It’s worn me down over the last like six or seven years. [music] And uh my first series right here this is going to be a EverQuest Legends series. Um now, I am using AI to make thumbnails. Now, there’s a reason why I’m doing this. Uh [music] and not the full thumbnail, just the title text, right? Now, if you if you’re an artist out there and you can make, you know, something better than this, hit me up on Discord and >> [music] >> uh you know, I will definitely pay for, you know, title text for my thumbnails and stuff. I still I’m still going to overlay this on a screenshot from the game with the EverQuest thing right right. [music] But uh the problem is is I moved from Photoshop and Windows to Krita and Krita does not have as best text editing ability that it does that Photoshop does, right? So, it’s a lot harder to make text and it breaks constantly. So, I’ve gone with these simplified pre-rendered uh logos that I can just pop on the you know, the on the the the thumbnail, right? And just it’ll fit in. So, we’re calling the first series here uh My Legendary Adventures in Norrath, right? [music] So, this is going to be pretty much all the EverQuest Legends content. We’re going to start with a warrior, >> [music] >> bard, druid, and we’re going to level that up. And obviously, there’s 16 classes and we’re going to level to 50 >> [music] >> and stuff like that. And I’m going to kind of keep it all all the play through there >> [music] >> in that. Now, I do not plan on streaming. I tried I’ve tried streaming and it just does not fit my [music] play style. It does not fit my my playtime. Now, I I I we did it for a while, right? We were streaming like every day for like that. It felt like a job and it was getting in the way of me doing other things [music] and creating other content. And I find find that like the streams were getting, you know, as [music] as many views as the videos, but it was >> [music] >> more work for me to do a stream than it was to make a video. And so, I don’t really plan on streaming anything [music] unless it’s a special occasion, right? Like when Extra Life uh uh we’ll stream some stuff on Extra Life, right? [music] For EverQuest 1. And stuff like that, but maybe we’ll [music] stream maybe maybe I did. This is after the fact, right? Uh this is this video is going to come out after the launch of EverQuest Legends. Maybe we’ll stream the first day. Probably not. I feel like I’m going to be already busy on that day. But, uh you know, it is what it is, right? So, you know, you don’t have to subscribe to my Twitch. You can follow me on Twitch just in case I go live, but uh you know, if you don’t want to subscribe, you don’t have to. Uh and you don’t have to subscribe to any of my content. Uh you know, early access videos, they they exist, but if like they’re they’re like less than a week out before they go live and I do a video a day, only one video a day. And so sometimes when I I know I won’t be able to post a video on those days I go ahead and queue them up and so they show up a little bit more into the early access and stuff like that. But they’ll eventually all go live. >> [music] >> Uh there’s nothing in the you know there’s no there’s no private only fans videos or anything like that. Everything is uh public uh >> [music] >> you know after the fact, right? And that’s just a you know just the perk for the the you know the members and stuff like that. But yeah, this is going to be everything EverQuest Legends. We’re going to focus on this. Uh I got a lot of ideas for stuff I want to do, a lot of guides and uh things like that that I didn’t get done in the the betas. And so we’ll be uh continuing that. Um I am a part of the EverQuest uh >> [music] >> Legends Creator Program. And I have to create five videos [music] every 90 days, I believe, to stay in that program uh along with uh you know you know following all the rules and stuff like that that they set forth. So you know that is uh a part of that. They did the the EverQuest Legends uh team uh Game John did give me the game. Uh I you know it’s a $20 value and they are paying for my subscription to continue to play EverQuest Legends. So I will be uh I’m very thankful to them and stuff like that. I have to disclose that a part of part of uh the FTC uh regulations around videos. So anybody, you know, you should watch out. Anybody who’s not uh disclosing that uh might be a little bit dis being dishonest with you and stuff like that, but the best I can tell it it’s required to be disclosed no matter what the value is. So I’m disclosing it here. I disclose it in the description of those videos and stuff like that. So, you know, if and if you’re a lawyer and you know otherwise, let me know because it’s a little bit tedious to do. Uh but this this is going to be EverQuest Legends. Uh we’re going to be doing a lot of EverQuest Legends content. Uh now, my schedule is going to be >> [music] >> Monday through Friday. I don’t do videos on the weekends. Uh schedule videos anyway, unless there’s like a news event or something like that. What I usually try to just keep the videos Monday through Friday. Uh and about a 10:00 a.m. Central Time release time. So, uh as I build up a backlog of videos that need to be released, you will see them go up into early access and stuff like that over time. So, uh that is the first series that we’re going to be doing. Uh this is going to be 100% EverQuest Legends. Now, uh if you watched my video on the end of Nomergards Journey, you’ll know I mentioned >> [music] >> uh I was going to rename Nomergard to Voxel, right? And then continue that series as the trials of Voxel going forward >> [music] >> and uh stuff like that. Now, that is that is my current plan. It’s a solo character, solo shadow knight. We’re going to continue playing that. Uh we’re just going to rename him. I’m going to probably try to put this logo on the on every thumbnail just to kind of fix all the thumbnails so it’s a little bit better. Uh but uh if I can’t do that uh cuz I don’t have the images anymore, then I won’t. But that is the concept I’m going for. Uh this is what I was originally going to name the series before I uh went with Nomergards Journey season 2. Uh but that is the the process. Now, this is another AI generated uh logo. If you You make a logo like this and you uh you know, contact me on Discord and we can talk, >> [music] >> you know, about you know, whatever your fees are and stuff like that. I I am I am looking to you know, hire somebody to make these kind of logos, right? I use AI because it’s it’s easier for me. >> [music] >> I’m not going to do full you know, full thumbnail AI. It’s just the text because it’s constant and I like to change out the the background with screenshots. So, uh hopefully that doesn’t offend anybody. But, uh you know, I I spent I spent a good 8 hours in Krita trying to make something half as good as this and I could I couldn’t barely do it. Like this is what this is what I came up with with these [music] these type these all these these right here. This is what I came up with. That’s as best as I can do. >> [music] >> And to me, I feel like this this looks a little better. Uh especially when it’s on a thumbnail >> [music] >> and stuff like that. It’s it’s smaller, right? Uh but so, we’re going to do that. We’re going to continue our raid progression through I think we’re in Plains of Power, maybe Luclin, >> [music] >> uh somewhere around there with him solo. We need to earn some goodas. We’re going to keep the the same concept of the series until we cannot solo any more raids, right? That’s as far as we’re going to go with that. >> [music] >> Uh we are going to work on the Shadow Knight 2.0. Uh I think we we finished the 1.0 I think in the last few videos. So, uh there’s going to be a little bit of a you know, recap video to you know, to talking about where we are and then move forward [music] with that as that goes forward. Now, the only the problem is I cannot rename this character until I >> [music] >> create the character for the next series. Nomergard’s Journey >> [music] >> Lothar, right? So, this is this is this is what’s holding that one up, right? I want to create Nomergard [music] on Lothar and redo Nomergard’s Journey as a Necromancer solo through, [music] you know, the to the the Serpent’s Spine expansion, [music] right? Like I I feel like that’s going to be fun. It’s, you know, going through the all the quests of the hero’s journey, >> [music] >> but >> [laughter] >> uh when there’s no mercenaries, when, you know, you have to >> [music] >> really, uh you know, play harder and uh do stuff well. Now, uh depending on how long it takes me to get, you know, level up and stuff through all of that, right? There will be uh mercenaries available I think two expansions in the Underfoot. So, it’s it’s not it’s not too long. Then we’ll be able to help ourselves a little bit [music] through. Uh but this one uh this one will be fun. I think I think Lethar is going to have a really unique rule set. It’s it’s going to be a little bit different. I just just realized this R doesn’t look that good. >> [laughter] >> This terrible AI. Uh but uh definitely uh you know, definitely going to be interesting cuz all the loot’s going to be all all. So, we’ll be able to be a Necromancer wearing, you know, whatever the hell we want. So, it’ll be interesting to see how this plays out. I will also be able to uh you know, persona ourselves around, pick out other things. I believe it has legacy characters. So, you know, just in case we want to make another character or something like that. I don’t know if personas work into that, but [music] uh definitely going to redo this logo before it goes live. So, once I can make, you know, >> [music] >> you know, reserve uh Nomergard’s name and create the character there, we’ll go back and we’ll uh get this guy renamed, get all that going and stuff like that. [music] Uh which will be late August I think is uh I think this is when the server comes out late August. I hope that’s when it comes out. Uh which will be just fine because we’ll be busy with Legends. [music] So, that’ll work out there. And I feel like by the time but by the time we get here, uh, we’ll have already cleared everything in Legends. I think I think so. All right. So, that’s uh, that’s where we’re going [music] there. Now, EverQuest II. I like 20 minutes ago, I got EverQuest II working in Linux and I’m as happy as a clam because I really want to continue [music] uh, Voxels Quest, which is the name of the series we had going on in there. Uh, I have not done a video in a long time. Uh, so uh, we’re going to be continuing uh, Voxels Quest and going through whatever parts of the game we’re in. Butcherblock Mountains, I don’t know exactly uh, what I was doing. I’m going to have to do some research there, but I kind of want to I want to learn more about EverQuest II. People keep telling me it’s really fun. I never played it cuz I played World of Warcraft. So, uh, definitely uh, going to be interesting [music] there. So, we’ll continue that one uh, too. It’s going to be in the backlog. So, the way the the way this the schedule’s going to work, right, is [music] you know, we’re going to have a video of this, we’re going to have a video of that, a video of this, a video of that, right? And they’re going to be all intertwined and mixed. I don’t know the exact like I don’t think I’m going to have >> [music] >> you know, if I have more Legends videos cuz I was on a you know, on a tear and I made a lot of Legend videos, right? We’ll have more of those. Uh, [music] if we have like two EverQuest videos, you know, they’ll be intertwined with everything else, right? So, it should be it’s probably not going to be consistent. I’ll tell you that. But uh, like as we start the the Nomargards journey, right, we’ll you know, be in injecting [music] those in there. And uh, I think we I think we start in Crescent Reach and stuff like that. So, we’re going to like go through the tutorial, you know, and just have fun uh, and stuff like that as we play through it. And then, you know, boom, we’ll do a solo, you know, the Chardokim Temple or something like that, right? So, that’s the plan. Uh now, with that said, those are those are like linear, story-based, you know, things, right? And those feed into making guides. Uh That’s the reason why I do them, and that’s it gets me to the guides. >> [music] >> And it instead of me just like, you know, playing a character up to like level 50 and then making a guide, right? You kind of see the full progression if you watch the series of how I got to that point with that character, right? Hopefully, that makes sense. Uh but we’ll be having how I play my characters for uh every single one of these, right? We’ll be doing Everquest Legends, how I play my warrior, bard, cleric, you know, whatever the combo is, right? It’s going to be like the combo, and we’ll, you know, have a whole written thing on that. We’ll have a video on that and everything. And then, you know, we’re going to do the same thing for the Everquest 2. We’re going to break that in. We’re going to start doing videos on Everquest 2. I’m trying to figure out how to, you know, best do that. And then, as we level [music] up the necromancer, which is my pretty much my favorite class, we’re going to be doing something there with that, you know, >> [music] >> how I play at 50 on Lothar. They’re going to be more specific to the TLPs, right? And the same here as we, you [music] know, get to level 80, we’ll do a video for that and 85 and so on all the way. And it’s going to be more focused on solo >> [music] >> uh play with this uh this series, right? And this is obviously solo, and this is solo, >> [music] >> and this is solo, right? So, the guides are going to be more solo-based versus, >> [music] >> you know, oh, I’m boxing six characters. By the way, it’s trivial to play this game, [music] you know? Like obviously, this game is easy if you’re in raid gear, if you’re, you know, fully >> [music] >> uh you know, decked out with six characters and stuff like that. Now, notably missing from this is Frostreaver. I logged on to Frostreaver this morning. I logged on Vaxol, you know, and I ran off to, you know, some zone >> [music] >> to uh kill some mobs. And in the middle of it was Field of Bone cuz I was running over to uh >> [music] >> Kesora, I think, cuz I think it was a level 30 zone I was trying to get to. In the middle of the Field of Bone, there was like two groups of guys just stacked on each other, all red to me, just massively pulling every single mob in [music] the little pit area in Field of Bone. Um and it kind of it kind of irked me in the sense [music] that EverQuest needs instances, and [music] it’s definitely more and more apparent after you play Legends like how how bad EverQuest needs uh instances and stuff like that. So, um I don’t know if I’ll continue on Frostreaver. I might come back to Frostreaver after it gets past a few expansions so that we can uh you know, do some stuff there. Uh but we got to level 30 in there uh before I continued playing Legends. So, uh same thing. We’re going to do uh more Legends guides. Uh I did a lot during the beta. Every quest I do is going to get a guide. Every zone I go to is going to have some kind of guide and all the builds. So, we’re going to do that. >> [music] >> Uh and then we’ve gotten a lot of requests over the years for tribute. Uh I think we did a tribute video. I don’t know if I finished that or not. Uh simple you know, money-making guides, more epic quests, and some people are asking for a power leveling guide. Uh the best power leveling guide I could show is the stream we did with Blurp [music] where he power leveled us to like 75 in like 2 hours. Uh definitely uh uh definitely some good times there. So I think that was the extra life stream we did. [music] It was uh it was pretty good. Uh but uh you know, well, we’re we’re going to be doing some more stuff there. Now, I do have another series that I have in mind, but I’m not 100% sure I can commit to it yet. And >> [music] >> I mentioned it in a video. It’s uh taking my character Hamrock >> [music] >> on Drannell. Uh he’s going to get renamed to Voxel. Uh because that’s that’s the name I’m going with, you know, moving forward for all my characters, right? Uh he’s going to get renamed and then we we’re going to level up a DPS class on him. Uh you know, and go through that, uh you know, solo leveling a DPS class on Drannell. >> [music] >> Uh but to get him raid ready to go and do the open raids that they do on Drannell. Um I’m not 100% ready to commit to that, so it’s not in the in here yet, but that is something I’m thinking about doing. If that’s something you would like to see in EverQuest one, uh let me know. And then that would be targeting the end-game raids. I think I like if I started today, I wouldn’t get to Shattering Row. I’d be in the Mithaniel Marr expansion that’s coming out [music] next, right? So, uh if that’s something you’d like to see, you know, let me know. If there’s a you know, enough demand for it, I would definitely, you know, prioritize getting that. But, [music] you know, obviously it’d be like, you know, just, you know, another series that gets injected into the mix and whatnot. And you know how ADD I am, I I’m jumping all over the place. So, I like having to, you know, different things I can pick and choose from to do. Uh but those are where what, you know, what to look forward to over uh I would say from, you know, until the end of the year. And uh we’ll see where we end up there. But, uh so, with that um if you watched all of them uh where I finally retired Hold Your Just Crusade, A Tawny A Thief’s Tale, Hobbs and Friends, Ham Rock Live, Moon Kitties of Eneeky, No Man’s Regard’s Journey Season 2, and Adventures in Azeroth. Now, this was a World of Warcraft series. Uh I just stopped playing it. Like my the end when I started playing it uh when I started making those videos the intent was my wife was going to play. We’re going to play together, and then I have this character that I I uh I make videos on, you know, so I can kind of stay in the game and learn about it while, you know, when she’s not playing. Uh she didn’t play. She didn’t play. I got bored cuz, you know, I’d rather play EverQuest at times. So, uh for now, that one’s retired. I might I might bring it back. I keep I keep keep wanting to play, but uh with Legends and everything else, I don’t think I’ll have time to do anything with it. I know there’s a new new expansion coming out, and what I really wanted to do was they had this uh a Pandaria uh remix. I really wanted to do that, but I totally missed it for some reason. I don’t remember what I was doing instead, but uh uh maybe I’ll do the next remix whenever that comes out. But, uh these are all retired now. Uh you know, I I did a video for each of them except for the Wild one because I just couldn’t I didn’t even bother to try and start that. >> [gasps] >> Um but, it is uh you know, it’s it’s sad to see them all, you know, be retired for now, but I think it’s for the best. I think moving forward with new content is probably the you know, the journey that I want to take with, you know, doing what I’m doing, right? Uh it allows me to not have a lot of craft and stuff cuz a lot of like this one was based on boxing, this one was based on boxing, [music] this one was based on boxing, this one was based on boxing. This one was solo and this one was solo, but uh I’ve canceled the T20 account and No More Guards being renamed to Voxel, right? So, it’s it’s it’s and he’s being restarted [music] in Lothar. So, you know, it it makes sense to me. Hopefully it makes sense to you. Uh you know, [music] but you know, I’m always open to feedback and suggestions there. But uh So, goals. I always put these in the slides. Obviously, this is a different slide deck. I’m not using uh I’m not using Google anymore. So, uh you can see here, we started December 2025 with 6251. Uh currently, we are at 7430. And my goal, these are my goals for 2026 uh is 10,000 subscribers by the end of the year. And I don’t know what the trending is there, but I don’t think we’re going to hit it. But, you know, that’s okay. I’m happy with that. Now, monthly views is something that was pretty low. Like, we were getting 27,000 monthly views, right? That was, you know, not a whole lot. Um as of right now, for the last few days, we are at 10 10,000 100,000 views per month for I think it was this month [music] and I think it was part of last month, right? Uh my goal for that was only 50,000. So, that’s we’ve doubled it. It’s insane. It’s absolutely insane the growth. And it’s all from Everquest Legends videos, right? Like, Everquest Legends is getting so much attention right now. Uh it’s going to be a very, very successful [music] game. I am blessed by Thule to be in their creator program to be able to [music] be a part of uh you know the the early access that they they blessed me with and it is so fantastic but you know watch hours we’re at 4100 where it’s almost 17,000 watch hours that is that is when somebody watches an hour of video right like you know somebody like our this is hours of video being watched it’s insane now I don’t believe anybody using ad blocker is included in any of this so I don’t like the numbers can be even larger when we’re about to get to where it gets crazy here in a second but where it’s you know we I had a goal of 10,000 watch hours which was like double what I was getting right like I don’t think like even during when we’re playing the other server we didn’t even see these [music] numbers Everquest legends is just just dominating right now and you know I’m putting out an Everquest one video and it’s getting like 200 views so [music] you can definitely see like I’m I’m hunting the views if you will but at the same time I want to stay true to the legacy you know that we’ve that’s the channel’s been built on as normal you know Everquest content so I think everybody who subscribed everybody who watches I truly appreciate everybody it is just mind-blowing the the amount of growth we’ve seen over the last few months but I want to thank all the members this is this is insane >> [music] >> usually I read these off but I I am not going to read them off today because [music] my my voice is killing me and there is just so many so we were at 30 members in December 2025 or up to 51 members now. >> [music] >> Now, a member is somebody who is either a YouTube member or the second tier I have is the the first tier, I guess. Is the ad block boys, you know, people who want to, you know, use ad blocker and just do it. I don’t know. It was a meme at the time I created [music] it. Um and you know, you’re you’re one of those. I don’t I don’t differentiate them here, but uh Uh you can just see all the names here. [music] It’s just crazy. Uh a lot and a lot of these have been coming in from EverQuest videos to get early access to the videos that I’ve been posting and stuff like that. Uh but it is crazy and here’s the second slide. I mean, it’s just absolutely insane. And uh you know, sometimes I feel like people have forgot that they uh subscribed. I just I mean, it’s crazy. And like I talked to Parg, you know, he just discords me uh a lot, you know, and I am always open to people talking to me on Discord, so that’s, you know, it’s just something >> [music] >> you know, if you if you are a member, you know, you can join the Discord. There’s a members channel and stuff like that. I try to respond to every comment I get on the channel. Um it’s just hard Sometimes it’s hard to see some of the the member con- the comments for some reason. I don’t know what it is. They show They don’t show up when I click them. Uh it’s very weird, but you know, if don’t don’t don’t feel don’t feel like I’m ignoring you. It’s just I just didn’t see it. And uh you know, we’re we’re we’re getting we’re growing, right? And I I try to respond to every single comment on the channel. Try to respond to everything. You know, anybody who wants to talk to me, I I literally talk to them. I get Now, this is this is something I get a lot of. Is people are, you know, asking asking me to log into their computer and set up their character or give them private [music] tutorials on how to play the game and stuff like that. In in all honesty, I I’m never going to charge for anything like that. If I do, it means like I’m I’m going to be on you know, in the back alley >> [music] >> doing some dirty It’s like that that is not something I’m going to ever do. Uh if you need help playing [music] this game, post a comment on my Discord. I you not, I will I will look you know, I will figure it out and try to make a video to help you. I don’t want I don’t want to I don’t want to you to pay me money to do stuff like that, right? Like that this whole purpose uh of what I started, you know, creating this content for is to help people. And, you know, inside of my Discord, there’s a bunch of people that are answering questions, talking, you know, we got we got a Legends Discord, we got uh channel. We got a EverQuest 2, we got the TLP channel, we got questions and answers for EverQuest. I am willing to answer any question, you know, that you got and I will try my best to help anybody. Even if you’re a member, if you’re not a member, I know like it’s that’s the whole point, right? And if you if you’re a member and you have a request, there’s a members only channel you can get into. Uh I think you just have to link your YouTube to Discord and maybe your Twitch to Discord if you want to do it on Twitch, but you’re about to see on the next slide, there’s only one guy on Twitch. Uh so, you know, you do that, you’ll do that. Now, if you if you if you’re watching the the outro of videos, I have not updated that. It’s because of the the outro that I’m currently using I made in Adobe Premiere >> [music] >> and uh I’ve been trying to port that over to uh KDEnlive, which I is what I use to edit my videos now. And I’m almost done. It’ll be slightly different than the way it is now, but we’re hoping to get that get that going today. Hopefully for this video I can get it on there, but it’s it’s definitely proved a little bit more difficult than I I was anticipating to get it done. But I truly appreciate all the YouTube members, you know, we went on a tangent [music] there. Now, Storm Energy 75, you were the only person subscribed to me at the moment on Twitch. I like I haven’t streamed in a long time and I barely stream at all and I truly appreciate I truly appreciate you stream Storm Energy 75, I truly do. I’m I’m going to assume you forgot you subscribed because most people it’s they’re like in and out like a for a month. It’s just feels like how that that ecosystem works. Like if you’re not providing, you know, constant entertainment people, you know, know about, right? And they know that’s that’s hard for me to do. Like I streaming just doesn’t really fit my summer lifestyle with my kids home, my dogs and my wife, everybody. You know, I just, you know, I’m I’m like almost 45. It’s it’s a bit much, right? Plus, you know, I I do I do have my own business that I I run to do stuff, which takes up a lot of my time sometimes, right? So it is a lot of scheduling there. But thank you very much Storm Energy 75. I truly appreciate you [music] and everybody else that is a member, right? I appreciate every single one of you. Your names will be at the end of like pretty much every single video uh I get that added in. I’ve [music] been dumping the names. Like So, this is the names of everybody from uh I believe this month, right? >> [music] >> Uh I’ve have been dumping the names for last 8 months and I’ll uh I’ll you know, unique those out and get those all set up. And uh get those into the outro whenever uh whenever I get all that done. But There we go. So, that’s That’s the plan. Uh if we go back to the beginning here and uh recap, right? Uh we’re going to be focused on EverQuest Legends. Uh if you hate it, uh I’m sorry, but that’s going to be the major focus of the channel uh for the time being, right? Like EverQuest Legends could peter out in uh you know, the next 2 months, right? But uh you know, it is what it is. We are going to be doing uh you know, trials of the Vox. Get those going um as soon as I get the Lothar character all set up and going. So, once all that’s done, we’ll have it all, you know, cleaned up and good to go. And I think it will be a very fun experience for everybody, right? Now, if you’re uh if you’re if you’re after this video is live, the slides will be live and you can go here and you can click on these different like you [music] come here to my Discord. Uh it’s a very nice Discord. Everybody’s friendly. There’s I’ve no I’ve I don’t think I’ve only had to ban the people that do spam. >> [music] >> Uh it has been very nice. Everybody’s very cordial and very helpful. And that’s the community I am trying to foster is something that, you know, you have a problem with the game, people pop in and help you. And I try to respond to everybody that I can. I know, sometimes I miss them because I you know, like I’m looking on my phone mostly and stuff like that. And [music] it is what it is. Now, that is uh that is it. Pretty much that is the channel update. >> [music] >> If you have any questions or comments, let me know. I appreciate everybody who’s a subscriber, everybody who watches the videos. I appreciate you all. I appreciate the members. I appreciate Storm Archer 75 for being my only Twitch subscriber. I truly appreciate it. It all goes back to the channel and I, you know, I put it all back into everything, right? Uh you know, I last year I donated a a good portion of the the the money that I make from YouTube to the actual life. Uh I plan on doing that again this year when we get to that uh and stuff like that. So, >> [music] >> you know, I I appreciate everyone and I really thank everyone for uh coming out and you know, enjoying this experience with me and playing, [music] you know, and playing the same games and stuff like that. So, uh I hope to do another one of these in September. Uh you know, see where what happened this month, right? What happened in August, right? And continue doing the monthly channel updates uh on the first of the month. We’ll see how that goes, though. But, thank you very much for watching and please have a fantastic day.
