    Back the next day with the tutorial actually playable, the Lethar fresh-start lockbox claimed, and the first Necromancer spells bought. Still no mercenary, and no Defiant gear on this server at all.

    The Reach Around

    The start of the Crescent Reach quest hub on Lethar at level 11: a riding penguin at speed 75, the first rounds of guild and council quests, a sabotage elixir for a jealous brother, a flag for the tailor, and enough cougars, snakes and spiders to find that mana regeneration is the real limit. It ends with a sore throat and a possible change to the upload schedule.

    Progress in the Reach

    A full day of Crescent Reach quest running at level 11 on Lethar: cougar fangs, mushrooms, lemonade, a torch and a ceremonial blade, then a long and vague hunt for the Spirits of Wisdom and Truth in Dragon Grove. The Necromancer is at 204 intelligence with one point of mana regeneration and a new pet on the way, and there is an announcement of a separate Shaman series on a live server.
