Let's Try That Again

Hello and welcome to Gnome Regard’s Journey Lethar. So, uh yeah, we’re back. It’s the next day and there’s rats in the cave. So, uh let’s try to let’s try to do some of this tutorial. So, yesterday we tried to get in. There was no instances. There was like a hundred people here and I was just like, you know what? Let’s take a let’s take a break now. My UI is still a mess. I didn’t do anything with it. But, uh, we’re going to need those and need those, but we’re going to get started here. Now, shamelessly, I purchased the, uh, Wow, I cannot I cannot type into this. Uh, I cannot type into it. Jeez. Now, I bought the new fresh start thing, but I don’t know if it is uh it is uh like one claim or all claim. See here. I don’t even know what the hell it’s called. Lethar lockbox. It’s only one. Dirty, dirty, dirty, dirty. All right, let’s keep uh doing this. We’ll we’ll claim that here in a minute. I got to I got to make my UI not be terrible here. There is way too many uh buttons I think on this whole entire thing and they’re all like misshapened. All right. So, can we uh here? Let’s get rid of the button cuz this is like from a level uh Oh my god. Okay, there we go. Uh, window close. Window close. There we go. Went wrong. Uh, so this is this is this is going to be fun. So, that means uh we can get our pet. I believe it’s level one. Might not be worth using yet, but uh we can do that. All right. Hide shell. Let’s just close that one for now. Raid smashing. Close tab. Try to get this UI functional. Well, I should have done this before I started recording, but uh I was excited. I was excited. Don’t tell me not to be excited when I’m excited. There we go. Get rid of that. And boom. Let’s go up here. And we’re doing pretty well. I mean, look at all these guys all blueberry out. Apparently, there’s no Defiant on this server from what I understand. Uh I saw somebody complaining about it. So that means this is like the best gear you can get like early on. Now I’ve I’ve since I made this UI like this is like Nomard the original Nomard’s UI like I’ve since changed my philosophy on what I view and I have my own parser that I have uh for uh like going through this. It’s just not fully functional for uh this version of EverQuest yet. So once we have uh that going, we will uh it’ll be a little better. Now, no, this this this UI that uh Claude has created for me is not as functional as I would like, but uh it’s missing it’s missing the window decorations and uh I don’t know how to get those back, but who cares? Who cares? All right. Now, we can get rid of some of these over here, these hot bars, cuz we don’t need a million hot bars for this character. Listen about probably useful. Don’t need it. Close. This is from the lethar fresh start. Look at this thing. It’s like a million [\h__\h] slots. It is insane. I’m going to hit K. We’re going to go to mounts. Drag uh this into there. Grab this. Grab it again. Put it right there in the stat mount. And we can’t mount it in here, but it is going to give us a stat buff of Aia Basia. Uh, which gives us 250 extra stats. OP. And then we’re going to hit K again. We’re going to go to activated items and teleportation items right here. Then we have our Crescent Reach teleport item there. Uh, while we’re here, let’s also claim our dreamwave satchel and our ethereal dreamwave satchel and we should be good there. All right, so we can replace this this item with this item. There we go. And I’ll I’ll deal with my bags later. We need We need to get another bat really is what we need right now. All right. So, if we click on this one, arrange, we’re going to center it horizontally, which moves it over to the center. And then we’re going to move that like right there. Perfect. We almost have a UI that is uh acceptable uh for me. There we go. Ignore the handles are for these things there. Um, excellent. Now, the reason why this UI is slightly different looking than uh than the one that in actually in Legends is because the Legends one has uh some different code in the client to support some of the different things they have. You can see here they are one to everything pretty much. All right. Now, now we got a little mana. We got 146 intelligence. We’re about to hit level four. We’re about to be able to pick up an, you know, our other pet that we got, which will increase our no mana DPS. Right. So now we need to kill 12 spiders and uh four of the other ones plus the shaman guy down there. So work on that. He also wants a arrow. I think we still have those arrows somewhere in our bag. Yeah, he wants his arrows. So that’s good for us. We could sell this bat fur. Is this Mark cash loot? No, it’s Mark’s trade skill. We got some bone chips, rat ears, water, food. This can go over here. This is our thing. Yeah, that works there. Is that a water flask? Yeah, that’s useless. All right, life tap. That takes all our mana. What the [\h__\h] It’s terrible. All right, we’re going to loot one of these chunk of bronzes cuz we can go do the quest for that here in a second. We hit level four. Uh, so that’s good. Now, like people probably like, why didn’t you make an XR? Well, you know what? It doesn’t really matter too much, honestly. Uh, XR is nice. you get a little extra regen helps some, but uh like we’re going to have this mount buff here in a few minutes and it’s it’s going to, you know, make the the game even easier. Now, something I didn’t I just realized like autog grant is going to be enabled for a because autogrant starts at planes of power. Uh so that’s pretty nice and auto grant spells should be in also in theory. I don’t know. We’ll see here. Now, if I do auto grant spells, there should be some text somewhere for that. Maybe auto. Now, uh I decided since I did not release this video on the day after the server launch, I’m going to probably put like two or three of them at the same time. uh just because of how this this is already turning out, right? Like it it’s it’s already going to take a little while. So, we’re going to we’re going to do that. Uh see here. Can we get rid of the separate window for casting? I guess not. Let me see. I think I have to sit to med like I’ve been playing Legends so much and all the good stuff like not having to sit, not having to like deal with other people is uh definitely a uh a true benefit there. So, we’ll see if that actually does anything. It should, right? Because autogrant starts for classic at Planes of Power. This server is like multiple expansions past Planes of Power.
