  1. Episode 1

Fresh off the Boat - Cat With A GreatAxe - 1

The first episode of a new Final Fantasy XIV series: a Marauder who becomes a Warrior, built around a very large axe. This one covers character creation, the opening boat ride and pirate attack, signing in at the Adventurers' Guild, and a long afternoon of small errands around Limsa Lominsa that ends with joining the Marauders' Guild and reaching level five. A slow start, and I say so.

  2. Episode 2

Out Into the World - Cat With A GreatAxe - 2

Still in the starting city, and this episode is almost all errands: lantern oil, a missing persons list, a package for the sisters, and a captain who needs cheering up. Then out the Zephyr Gate to kill dock rats and settle into a farm with a dozen small jobs, taking me from level six to eight, a second skill, and a high opinion of the jump.
